AI ACT — DUTIES ALREADY IN FORCE

AI Readiness Audit.

The AI Act's transparency duties have applied since August 2026: if you use AI with customers or employees, you have to disclose it. The audit checks what you're already using, which duties actually apply to you, and where AI can win you time back. It starts with a 30-minute call, no commitment.

How it works

Four steps, two weeks.

  1. 01

    Kick-off (60 minutes)

We understand the business and map where you use (or want to use) AI: voice, chatbots, automations, your vendors' tools. We define audit scope.

  2. 02

    AI systems mapping

Inventory of the AI tools in use and the data they touch. We assess disclosure and consent exposure (TCPA, state AI laws) and how data is handled.

  3. 03

    Gap analysis and opportunity

What's missing to be compliant: AI disclosure, consent, recordkeeping. And where AI is an untapped opportunity — with expected return.

  4. 04

    Report and pilot proposal

Signable document: compliance status, priority actions, top 3 AI use cases with expected ROI, proposed 30-day pilot, a clear packaged fee.

What you receive

Signable documents, not slides.

  • Inventory of AI systems in use (internal and vendor)
  • Disclosure and consent exposure assessment (TCPA, state AI laws)
  • Gap analysis against responsible-AI obligations
  • Top 3 priority AI use cases with ROI estimate
  • Pilot proposal (scope, duration, price)
  • Preliminary compliance pack (DPA, retention, recordkeeping)

How the engagement works

A bounded piece of work, with a written outcome.

The audit is its own engagement: a kick-off session, then two weeks of work on your systems, and a document you can use even without me. It isn't bookable online and has no list price: it starts with a free call, and the cost is agreed afterwards, based on how many systems there are to look at. If a project comes out of the audit, what you spent here is taken into account in the quote. If there's no fit, I'll say so.

After the audit

The audit is the snapshot, not the watch.

GDPR and the AI Act aren't a one-off filing: the duties stay while the tools change. The audit tells you where you are today. From there you can continue with ongoing support, or build an automatic watch on deadlines — two different pieces of work, decided after seeing the results.

Let's start with a call.

Thirty minutes to work out what you're using and whether the audit makes sense in your case. You'll be talking to the person who'd run it.
